Property management…but not as you know it
Property management has been carried out a certain way for decades and while technology has certainly helped automate some tasks, ultimately the process remains the same. A process we found still had a lot of improvements and efficiencies that could be made.
So we set about developing a new system from the ground up. One that puts you, your property and your needs at its core.
When attending to maintenance at our own investment properties, it occurred to us that other investors like you may lack the proximity to your investment or the skills to carry out repairs yourself.
You are at the mercy of the skill level and experience of your property manager to identify repairs and know who to send and when.
Unfortunately over 60% of landlords believe they’ve been overcharged for maintenance and one in three believe they’ve been charged unnecessary call-out fees.
It was apparent to us that the current system was ineffective and missing a key element. This key element was that property management and maintenance were seen as separate entities.
Errigal’s motto is ‘Just Different’, because we’ve taken a fresh look at the way property management has always been done, and changed it for the better, offering you something no-one else does.
One of the key differences we offer is our inhouse maintenance team. Bringing together the property management and maintenance functions to create a more seamless, cost-effective and whole-of-property approach to you and your property.
With qualified, experienced and fully-licensed tradespeople on staff we can identify maintenance issues more effectively. And because our team is inhouse, when it comes to repairs and maintenance we have more control and can ensure the hassle and frustration for you and your tenants is minimised.
