Property management has been carried out a certain way for decades and while technology has certainly helped automate some tasks, ultimately the process remains the same. A process we found still had a lot of improvements and efficiencies that could be made.
So we set about developing a new system from the ground up. One that puts you, your property and your needs at its core.
When attending to maintenance at our own investment properties, it occurred to us that other investors like you may lack the proximity to your investment or the skills to carry out repairs yourself.
You are at the mercy of the skill level and experience of your property manager to identify repairs and know who to send and when.
Unfortunately over 60% of landlords believe they’ve been overcharged for maintenance and one in three believe they’ve been charged unnecessary call-out fees.
It was apparent to us that the current system was ineffective and missing a key element. This key element was that property management and maintenance were seen as separate entities.
